Currently serving as Red Hat’s Regional Sales Manager for the UAE, Aly developed the partner ecosystem, introduced sales excellence into the organization, built a strong sales team, and created the synergy and collaboration needed to enable their success. Aly has achieved unprecedented success in two short years with Red Hat, doubling Commercial revenue and generating 10-fold territory growth in Egypt which Enabled Red Hat to access new ground and penetrate emerging countries in MENA markets which led to opening 2 new offices in Egypt and Qatar and double number of sales forces.
